Welcome to EarnMonster: Money Earning App ("Application"), operated by Farop Studio ("Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Application immediately.
By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

• Modify reward values, redemption methods, or minimum withdrawal requirements at any time.
Users found engaging in fraudulent behavior, multiple-account abuse, VPN abuse, automated activity, fake referrals, or offer manipulation may have rewards revoked and accounts permanently suspended.
The Application may contain advertisements and third-party offers.
The Application uses third-party services including but not limited to:
• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, databases, text, and other materials associated with the Application remain the exclusive property of Farop Studio or its licensors.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the Application.
• Attempt to access source code.
• Create derivative works based on the Application.
Certain features require an active internet connection.
Farop Studio is not responsible for:
• Network interruptions.
• Mobile carrier charges.
• Data usage fees.
• Roaming charges.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
Users may not:
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, or modified applications.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.
• Provide false information.
• Interfere with Application operations or security systems.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, reward forfeiture, or permanent account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if:
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Terms are violated.
• Abuse of rewards systems occurs.
• Legal or security concerns arise.
Any rewards associated with terminated accounts may be forfeited.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Farop Studio makes no guarantees regarding:
• Continuous availability.
• Accuracy of information.
• Error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all devices.
Use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farop Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
• Use of the Application.
• Inability to use the Application.
• Loss of rewards.
• Service interruptions.
• Third-party services or advertisements.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
